One kit. One person.
When you give to the Third Eye Kit, you are not funding an idea. You are paying for a kit that a blind person will wear. It gives them back their way through a room, a street and a workplace. With that comes independence, and with independence come confidence and work.
One gift can put one kit on one person.
The first generation was built to be low cost from the start, and we gave out tens of kits. The second generation does far more: 20 motors, laser, radar and sonar. We are still testing it, and we will publish what a kit costs once the parts are final. Every part is already published.
What a gift means
A gift here is a pre-order: it funds kits that are built and given to blind and visually impaired people who need them. You do not receive the kit. Until testing ends, reserving kits costs nothing: we write to you with the cost once the parts are final.
